Question: I noticed that video and voice call does not appear in some member's profile details, why?
Answer: If you did not see the video call on user's profile that means that the member is not online. video call feature only appear when the member is online and disappear when the member is offline.
Question: How do i use the video and voice call?
Answer: To use the video call and voice call feature, follow this steps:
1. Click on photo of the member you like to go to profile details page, from profile detail page you will see video call button if the member is online
2. Click on video call on the left side or from the more drop down menu
You will need the following to be able to use the video call feature:
1. Computer or phone with build in web cam
2. Microphone with ability to talk feature
3. Opera browser or google chrome browser or Firefox browser
The video call does not work with any other browsers. It only work on the 3 above browsers.
